Welcome to Ayu the Artist. My site is just a small tribute to the
wonderful Japanese artist known as Ayumi Hamasaki. Over the years she has inspired me in many ways, made me laugh, made me
cry, made me think, and made me appreciate music in a way I never thought a mere "pop star" could. Standing apart from the pop
icons of this world whose songs are handed to them by their company and lack any real meaning, Ayu has brought soul,
depth and beauty to modern music. For this I am grateful and would like to express my gratitude through this website.
