INFO: He is Ayu's long-time lover, now fiance. Apparently, they've been dating since they were about 16 and had planned a few times to get married. There still hasn't been a wedding yet, though. "UNITE!" was written about him, as were many of Ayu's songs. She says about Tomoya that he's a real "love and peace" person, who is open and innocent in a way that she admires. He says that she is the most important thing in the world to him. The current rumour is that Ayu was in NYC buying a ring, and that they might quit their careers and elope somewhere.

INFO: I only remember her as far back as the Dome Tour 2001, but I think she was with Ayu before that. She is called Ayu's "best friend" and is a shy-looking girl who doesn't like to be in the spotlight. She is the one Ayu looks to when she starts to cry in concerts. She also sings backup for Ayu sometimes and dances in her PVs.

INFO: She's a very famous entertainer in Japan, and she's starred with just about every famous actor you can think of. Behind the scenes, though, Fukada is prone to depression and often gets very low in spirits. She said in an interview that as a good friend Ayu often writes her letters. In these she includes comforting poems and words of consolation. These cheer Fukada up very much.

OCCUPATION: Unknown

INFO: Ayu's older sister. Nothing much is known about her, except that she and Ayu are still in touch and she lives nearby in Tokyo. When Ayu was making preparations for the "A BEST" album (an album that Avex forced her to make against her will), she became so stressed and upset that she ran away. She was not gone for long, because her sister called up Avex and told them Ayu had come to her apartment and was hiding out. She then talked her little sister into going back to work and finishing the album.

INFO: Apparently, he and Ayu are very good friends (which is worrying, since Gackt is notorious for his irresistable charm and hentai practices - little Ayu might be in trouble...). They call each other on the phone regularly. I even heard one of their phone conversations, when Ayu had to call up her "favourite person" on a TV show. It went exactly like this:

GACKT: Hello?

AYU: Gak-chi~! (her nickname for him)

GACKT: Heh. How ya doin'? (Gackt doesn't know he's on live TV)

AYU: Fine. Were you already up? (it was fairly early in the morning)

GACKT: I was. I had to get up at eight for something (I think he said "studio") anyway.

AYU: Ah.

GACKT: Ayu's so cute~ :)

AYU: (Laugh) Aw, you're so nice.

GACKT: Thanks~

(At this point the presenter took the phone from Ayu and informed Gackt he was on TV!)
